What counts as a user?
Every person with a LiftSafe account — inspectors (LMI/LTI/Tech/NDT) and admins. The person who registers the company also counts. No exceptions, no gaming.
Can I add more seats later?
Yes. Contact us at info@liftsafe.co.za and we'll increase your quota. Your monthly fee adjusts from the next billing cycle.
What happens after my trial?
After 20 days, your dashboard is soft-locked. Pay via the in-app payment screen to restore full access. Your data is never deleted.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
LiftSafe is not currently VAT registered. The prices shown are the final prices — no VAT is added on top.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Month-to-month with no lock-in. Your inspection records, certificates, and job history are retained on our South African servers for 10 years after cancellation — this is a legal requirement under the OHS Act / Lifting Machinery Regulations. You can export your full data at any time (POPIA-compliant).
Do you offer annual pricing?
Not currently. Monthly billing only. Annual options for large accounts — ask us.
